LOA Full Surface Group acquires Aldor BV

LOA Full Surface Group, based in Tilburg, has acquired Aldor BV in Weert with all its operations from 1 January.

Aldor BV is a provider of surface treatments and treats products for the mechanical engineering, automotive, (ship) construction, medical and electronics industries, among others. The company mainly specialises in anodising and chromating aluminium products. These activities are new within the LOA Full Surface Group's services and fit within the Tilburg-based company's ambition to become a total surface treatment provider.

Director of LOA Full Surface Group Remco Dieperink: "With all companies within the LOA Full Surface Group, we are constantly looking to expand and thus improve our range of services. Anodising and chromating were still missing from that. We are therefore very pleased that we can now offer this to our customers. Aldor BV is really a specialist in this field and we are therefore proud of the future cooperation. We can now take full advantage of each other's knowledge and experience."

The acquisition makes the LOA Full Surface Group the first and only company in Europe to have the three quality labels Qualicoat, Qualisteelcoat and Qualanod. These quality labels are the quality standards in the paint and coating industry.

LOA Full Surface Group is a provider of surface treatments such as blasting, powder coating, cataphoretic painting, pickling and passivation, electrolytic polishing and galvanic nickel plating. These activities are divided between the companies LOA Automotive, LOA Coating, LOA Deege, LOA Wilmink and LOA MTRC. After the acquisition, it employs about 225 people.
